Synopsis:
By their accounts, tales and drawings, PERE CASTOR’s books and albums let a very special footprint in the memories of the european children born with or after the second war world.
Paul Faucher’s itinerary, founder of Pere Castor’s albums, is recreated by this film which shows also his links with czech educationnalist Frantisek Bakule and all the projections of the new pedagogy.
Among those interviewed : François Faucher, Michel Defourny, Florence Caillon, Lucile Butel, Colette Burge, Jean-Michel Guilcher, Josiane Rouchut, Françoise Leveque, Beatrice Michielsen.
